We come to you, look at the problem, and fix it on site: cut out what has failed, keep what is sound, and rebuild so the repair matches what was there.
Portable pieces get repaired in our workshop, where the clamps, the glue and the time to do it right all live. These are structural repairs: making the piece solid and usable again.
Full furniture refinishing (stripping, staining, spraying), conservation of valuable antiques, plumbing and electrical work. If that is what your piece or project needs, we'll tell you when we see the photos.

Multilutions is run by Bernard Héroux. We started in Webster, New York, doing doors, trim, railings, built-ins and detailed woodworking, and the customers there are the ones you see quoted above.
We've since moved to North Carolina and reopened the shop here. The approach hasn't changed. If good material can be saved, we would rather repair it than sell you a replacement, and the job isn't finished until you're happy with it.
